Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
  • provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number in your message

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AMF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered' by carrier.

If you experience this issue, please contact your local carrier directly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed, as production begins quickly.
